The Speakers' Club provides an online platform that enables users to access public speaking resources, training materials, and other services. The Speakers Club may change or modify the Website, or any part thereof, at any time without notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Speakers' Club or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any data, software, products or services obtained from the Website.
Membership and Fees
Refunds are available for memberships cancelled within seven days of activation, provided the member has attended at least two masterclasses during their membership. To request a refund, members must send an email to email@example.com. Refunds will be processed within *X* business days of receipt of the refund request.
Limitation of Liability
The Speakers' Club shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website. The Speakers' Club shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracy in the content on the Website.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Speakers' Club, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, actions, suits, or other proceedings arising out of or related to your use of the Website.
